No waiting rooms. No rushed appointments. No packing up the family and driving across town.

Instead, your midwife comes to you, allowing your appointments to happen in a comfortable, familiar environment with the time and space to truly focus on your care.

Comprehensive Prenatal Care Package

Our Comprehensive Prenatal Care Package is designed for families planning a hospital birth who want the relationship, continuity, education, and individualized attention of midwifery care throughout pregnancy, along with a whole-person approach to supporting a healthy pregnancy and preparing for postpartum wellness.

Your care includes:

• Comprehensive initial prenatal visit and health assessment

• Routine prenatal visits throughout pregnancy in the comfort of your home

• Ongoing assessment of maternal health and your baby's growth and well-being

• Routine prenatal laboratory collection, coordination, review, and clinical follow-up*

• Ordering and review of ultrasounds and other imaging when indicated

• Individualized nutrition, supplementation, movement, sleep, and wellness guidance

• Integrative and functional approaches to common pregnancy concerns when appropriate

• Preparation for labor, birth, and the postpartum period

• Collaborative birth planning for your planned hospital birth

• Coordination of medical records, consultations, and referrals when needed

• Time at every visit for questions, education, and shared decision-making

• Direct access to your midwifery team for pregnancy-related questions and concerns

• Two postpartum visits at approximately 2 and 6 weeks after birth

*Third-party laboratory, imaging, genetic screening, specialty testing, hospital, and outside-provider fees are not included and may be billed separately by the performing provider or facility.

Payment plans are available. We are also happy to discuss superbills and potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement during your consultation.
